If you don't receive an email confirmation there are three likely culprits:
1. You didn't complete the checkout process and still have an order pending. Solution: Complete your order!
2. You entered your email address incorrectly. Solution: If you're sure that you completed the order and may have entered an incorrect email address, just email us a support@geektyrant.com and we will get to the bottom of it!

If you receive the wrong item (i.e. Design, Color, Type, Etc.) or Size (i.e. you ordered a Small but we shipped a Medium), don't worry! Just email us at support@geektyrant.com and we will correct the mistake ASAP... Right after we fire our shipping guy! JK. He will only receive a harsh reprimand and time on the rack.
Will be made only on items that were mis-shipped. Any mis-shipped item up for correction must be in "mint / like-new" condition. We cannot accept any washed, stretched, worn, sweat-marked, altered, or soiled garments. Especially if they have any type of pungent aroma or questionable stains. That means you deodorant-marks-all-over-the-mis-shipped-t-shirt-guy/gal !!!
